Duties and responsibilities
- Heading the administrative services in the Office of the County Secretary
- Implementing Cabinet Office services cadres, policies and procedures
- Carrying out storage and retrieval of cabinet records
- Oversight of Cabinet administrative and secretarial services personnel
- Drafting memos and letters to implement cabinet decisions
County Ombudsman
Duties and responsibilities
- Management of the Complaints Mechanism
- Oversight of the Public Communication and Feedback function
- Initiate formulation and implementation of relevant policies
- Liaison with integrity bodies (CAJ, EACC, etc)
- Maintain close collaboration with the public and stakeholders
- Preparation of reports on national values entrenchment in the public service
- Investigate cases and provide feedback to the complainants
- Carry out relevant research on issues of complaints and feedback management
- Monitor and evaluate the status of complaints resolution;
- Identify systemic issues and recommend remedial measures and proactive action
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of all the investigated cases;
Chief Administrative Officer – County Corporates and Central Postings
Duties and responsibilities
- Interpreting and implementing policies and procedures on County Corporate bodies
- Managing contracts and MoUs for the Corporates, Boards, and Legal Committees
- Oversight of administrative and secretarial services personnel;
- Coordination of all matters regarding Central Postings of support/pooled staff
