STEP 2- Has your application been approved or rejected?
The process of reviewing your documents takes a maximum of 2 days from day of receipt of email.
If application is accepted, an email with an attached invoice to facilitate payment will be sent to you. Guidelines on how to submit the hard copy application and accompanying documentation will also be shared on the email.

STEP 3: Approval
After submission of hard copy documents and payment is done, approval of permit will take a maximum of 14 days.
STEP 4: Notification to collect permit
Upon approval of application, a confirmatory email will be sent to you to collect your permit.
You will be notified via email/phone call should the approval department require more documents to process your permit.
